Low Cost, pay as you go, no need to book just turn up and pay on the door! Bring friends/family and stroll along to the fabulous sounds of the 50s.

Improve fitness, coordination, memory and reduce stress.

We do between 6000-7000 steps an hour, which is equivalent to around 3 miles! 

This is a dance-based, low impact, fitness class suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. All strolls are walked through, you can intensify or simplify the strolls to what you are comfortable with to get the workout you want! All ages 15+, all genders, welcome to all classes!

In our classes we promote having fun, meeting new people, feeling good and getting fit all at the same time! Come along and join in on the best fitness class around!
